Rose did her PhD at the University of Tasmania in Eucalyptus forests and is now working on ecophysiological responses of plants as a part of WaRM. She's also affiliated with the IGCB and leads the Global Change Biology journal club.

Thiago is a Research Scientist working with the group and on his own work, mostly in Brazil. He also is the Director of the Postdoc Program at the IGCB.
